SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 04-05-15 at approximately 1453 hrs. Sgt. Alden Bustard responded to a single vehicle crash on Rt 11 in T9 R5.  Investigation found that Olivia Bouchard, 19 of Greenville was traveling north on Rt 11 when a moose entered the roadway and Bouchard was unable to avoid the moose.  Bouchard struck the moose which vaulted over her hood and through the windshield,Bouchard sustained numerous cuts from the glass.   Bouchard was transported to TAMC via Ashland Ambulance for treatment of the cuts.
