SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
Hogan was driving behind a line of two vehicles with Livorsi being the lead car. Hogan attempted to pass both vehicles and did not see that Livorsi had his left turn signal on. Livorsi attempted to turn left into a residence and did not see Hogan attempting to pass. Hogan came into contact with the front driver corner of Livorsi’s car, causing his right ankle to wedge between his bike and the car. Hogan was not thrown from the bike and stopped a short distance down the road. Hogan sustained a non-life threatening injury to his right leg.
