SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 04-10-15 at approximately 2230 hrs., Det. Jeff Clark was on patrol in St. Agatha and located a large party at a residence on Brook Rd. in St. Agatha. During investigation, Det. Clark determined that the party was being attended by juveniles who had been drinking and several of the juveniles fled the residence as Det. Clark arrived. As a result of investigation, Det. Clark summonsed the homeowner, Brandon Couture, for providing a place for minors to consume alcohol and illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. A 15 yr old female from St. Agatha was also summonsed for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. A significant amount of alcohol was seized from the residence and parents were called to the residence to retrieve their children.
The Maine State Police encourages anyone with information regarding underage drinking parties to call the Maine State Police Barracks at 207-532-5400. Information received can be kept confidential.
