Suspicious Deaths - Garland

Keith Coleman is wanted for questioning in connection with the deaths of a woman and two children in Garland. Anyone with information on Coleman or the location of the mini-van is asked to call State Police in Bangor at 973-3700

Coleman is six feet tall and weighs about 190 pounds.  He has a tattoo of a star on the left side of his neck.

The deaths of woman and two children in Garland are under State Police investigation this morning. Detectives are calling the deaths suspicious. The bodies were discovered inside a mobile home Saturday night about 9:50 p.m., after deputies from the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office responded to 12 Paul Rd. in Garland after being called by relatives. The bodies are of a woman, and a young boy and girl.
Detectives are attempting to locate 27 year old Keith Coleman for questioning.  Coleman had been living at the home.  Coleman was last known to be in the Bangor area around noon on Saturday and was driving a tan 2006 Dodge Caravan with Minnesota license plates.  Coleman is a black male, 6 feet tall and weighs about 190 pounds.  The Minnesota license plates on the minivan are either UUY473 or 063NCG.   Coleman has ties to several other states including New York, Florida and Minnesota.  Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Coleman or the van is asked to call Maine State Police in Bangor at (207)973-3700    
 A team of State Police detectives are working with the Penobscot sheriff’s office, Bangor Police and several other agencies investigating the circumstances of the deaths.  
The bodies will be transported later today to the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Augusta for autopsy and identification.
